Goals: Organize the BD Business Meeting 2017 for employees in Spain and Portugal.
Description: For this event we work together with the client the creative concept, the organization and the production of the whole event. We manage the logistics for more than 150 people for 1 week. The accommodation was made in the hotel SH Villa Gadea and in more than 10 rooms we held different meetings, plenary and business, in parallel we held dinners in spaces outside the hotel. For this occasion we also organize as a team building a great regatta with more than 20 sailboats, an incredible experience for all the participants.
Goals: To organize the Trade BD Meeting 2015 for employees of Spain and Portugal.
Description: We worked on the conceptualization, integral organization and production of the event that lasted 4 days and summoned the attendance of more than 100 employees. On this occasion we used different locations: Las Casas de la Judería Hotel, Carriages Museum, Doñana, La Aldea del Rocío and Abades Triana. We developed special activities and actions for this group of employees fulfilling the goals set by the client.
Goals: To organize the BD Sales Meeting 2015 comprehensively for the commercial strength of Spain and Portugal.
Description:We worked on the organization and production of this event that lasted 5 days and was held in Las Caldas Villa Termal for a total of 130 employees of the commercial network. We took care of the organization and logistics of the different meetings and activities created especially for this event. We worked on the graphic identity of the event and the decoration of all spaces. The technological component was paramount through the use of QR.
Goals: To carry out a teambuilding action for the BD sales force within the framework of the merger with CareFusion and the integration of both team works.
Description: For this occasion we carried out a special teambuilding action called "Inspiring Day". Fully adapted to the needs of the client, we worked on adapting the different games to their philosophy, products, objectives, missions and vision of the company. For this event we made a previous communication through a webpage, specially created for this event and a video invitation that allowed to create the atmosphere of expectation and emotion that the client was looking for.
Goals: To hold an event for the BD Sales Team in which they will be provided with the resources needed to cope with the new realities of the market.
Description: The event lasted a week and during these days the concept of Super Heroes was developed. The meeting, in which different activities were carried out, took place during four days in the Hotel Penha Longa, Quinta Regaleira and Living Room Tamariz of Sintra.
Goals: To organize the annual sales meeting in Tenerife in which the message to be transmitted to the commercial force was based on growth and change.
Description: The event, which took place at the Magma Palace of Congresses, received about 100 employees of the company who held information days focused on improving their sales skills. For several days, different workshops were organized as well as teambuilding activities that ended with a closing gala.
